: (1) A person who has purchased livestock by taking a loan from a member organization shall undergo a health examination of the livestock he has purchased from the concerned animal service office or a technician designated by the fund within thirty-five days of taking the loan.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) when performing health examination of livestock, whether such livestock appears to be healthy or diseased, the technician conducting the health examination of such livestock shall provide a health examination certificate in the format as per schedule-2 to the concerned company. 7 Amended by First Amendment.
